If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase of any product developed by AdornCommerce on the company’s official website(https://store.adorncommerce.com/), We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Copyright

AdornCommerce is solely owner of all the content, products sold on site or Magento Marketplace. If you are found re-selling any of the content or products present on Adorn Commerce, legal actions would be taken for the same.

Redistribution, use or publication of any Adorn Commerce(-s) and or some part of its code is strictly prohibited.

Extension License

If the Customer needs to install the extension on multiple Magento installations, a purchase must be made of that extension per Magento installation. AdornCommerce reserves the right to refuse support and refunds to customers that do not adhere to this process.

Money Back Guarantee

We offers 30 days money back guarantee if purchased extension is having any bug or errors are occurring due to developers fault. Also we will be eligible to Money back in case of if extension does not have features as per listed in website and documentation.

Product Updates

Each paid and free extension developed by AdornCommerce comes with free updates for first 12 months from purchase date. If the Customer is willing to get additional features added to the original product, a quote will be provided at Adorn Commerce hourly rate.

Tech Supports

Adorn Commerce offers free support if you are facing any bugs or errors due to extension. But if there are any other issues due to which you are not able to integrate extension properly then our team will provide a quote based on hourly rate to help you out installing an extension.

Refund Policy

You are eligible for refund only if the purchased software or extension is having any bug or errors are occurring due to its integration. You will have to contact us by dropping an email to support@adorncommerce.com with a request for refund and specific reason for the return. Our team will analyze it and contact you back within 1-2 business days. Legal action will be taken by AdornCommerce if you are found using the returned extensions after receiving a refund.
